Contractor Point of Contact. At the order level, the BPA holder shall provide a matrix of all key project personnel with POC information designated by title as a condition of BPA establishment. Any changes to the matrix after BPA establishment must be sent to the BPA CO. An administrative modification to the BPA is not required for such changes. The changes will become effective upon an E-mail from the BPA CO acknowledging the change.
Contractor Point of Contact.
