DAY PORTERS. Day porters will be assigned full time to buildings specified in Exhibit A. They will perform various duties daily on as-needed basis while the building is in operation. Vendor will provide each day xxxxxx with an electronic device for easy access and will provide Facilities Management with the contact information of each day xxxxxx. By special request Day Xxxxxx’x are available as approved for all three counties with sufficient notice to the vendor.

DAY PORTERS. Two day porters will be assigned full time to the New Castle County Courthouse in Wilmington. They will perform various duties daily on as-needed basis while the building is in operation. Vendor will provide each day xxxxxx with a pager for easy access and will provide Facilities Management with the pager numbers of each day xxxxxx. By special request Day Xxxxxx’x are available as approved for all three counties with sufficient notice to the vendor.
DAY PORTERS. 1. Service, during Business Days all public and operating space throughout the Building. 2. Keep elevator cars clean and neat during the day on Business Days. 3. Insert toilet tissue in lavatories (tissue to be furnished by LESSOR) as necessary on Business Days. 4. Keep staircases policed as necessary on Business Days.

Insert toilet tissue in lavatories as necessary on Business Days. 4. Keep staircases policed as necessary on Business Days. 5. Fill soap dispensers and paper towel dispensers on Business Days. 6. Police all Buildings’ men’s and ladies’ toilets during the day on Business Days.
DAY PORTERS. Contractors shall provide as many Day Porters and/or Matrons as required and approved by building management, their duties shall include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Scope of Interconnection Service 1.3.1 The NYISO will provide Energy Resource Interconnection Service and Capacity Resource Interconnection Service to Interconnection Customer at the Point of Interconnection. 1.3.2 This Agreement does not constitute an agreement to purchase or deliver the Interconnection Customer’s power. The purchase or delivery of power and other services that the Interconnection Customer may require will be covered under separate agreements, if any, or applicable provisions of NYISO’s or Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariffs. The Interconnection Customer will be responsible for separately making all necessary arrangements (including scheduling) for delivery of electricity in accordance with the applicable provisions of the ISO OATT and Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff. The execution of this Agreement does not constitute a request for, nor agreement to, provide Energy, any Ancillary Services or Installed Capacity under the NYISO Services Tariff or any Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff. If Interconnection Customer wishes to supply or purchase Energy, Installed Capacity or Ancillary Services, then Interconnection Customer will make application to do so in accordance with the NYISO Services Tariff or Connecting Transmission Owner’s tariff.
