Day Rooms Sample Clauses

Day Rooms. If an employee who has to wait for four hours or more for a connecting flight whilst travelling between the vessel and their home on request will be provided hotel accommodation where available on the basis of one per room.
Day Rooms. (i) For any scheduled sit time which exceeds four (4) hours, the Company will provide the Flight Attendant with a suitable single room lodging at a nearby hotel location. (ii) In lieu of a day room, the Company will offer, and the Flight Attendant may accept, a meal allowance of Twenty dollars ($20.00). (iii) For any unscheduled sit time which exceeds three and a half hours, the Flight Attendant may request from scheduling a meal allowance of Twenty dollars ($20.00) and the Company will consider hotel lodging as appropriate. This provision includes instances where a flight attendant has a scheduled sit time and an unscheduled sit time (for instance, a Flight Attendant with a 2.5 hour scheduled sit with an additional 1.5 hour unscheduled sit is entitled to this provision).
Day Rooms. When a Flight Attendant's ground time, outside of her/his domicile, is scheduled for or anticipated to be more than five (5) hours, inclusive of the assignment to new flying period in Section 8.F. of this Agreement, Day Rooms will be shared but only if both Flight Attendants are of the same sex. A Flight Attendant may be required to remain at the airport for the two-hour assignment to new flying period in Section 8.F. of this Agreement; however, if there are no flights scheduled to arrive or depart from that airport during the two-hour period, or if she/he requests to be, and is, released by Crew Scheduling, the Flight Attendant will not be required to remain at the airport for the two-hour period and will be provided the day room.
Day Rooms. On Runouts where two (2) services take place and four (4) hours or more elapse between the end of one (1) service and the beginning of the other, the Employer will provide day rooms on the basis of two (2) Musicians per room.
Day RoomsWhen required to hold while customers are conducting their business, crews should take advantage of available accommodations such as FBO’s and the facilities offered. In such instances, the need for a day room may not be necessary. Where such facilities are not available, day rooms may shall be approved providing: 1) No alternative accommodation is readily available or provided i.e. Aerocentre or similar type FBO, airport terminal building; or 2) Holding time away from base is at least 8 hours; or 3) Unusual circumstances exist. When a day room is approved it will be provided to the crew and not to each member of the crew, unless it is necessary to provide rest for an extension of a duty period in which case each crewmember is provide with a room.

  • Sleeping Room Rate(s) A. The Contractor shall provide sleeping rooms to the Attendees at the following rate during the Program: i. For single occupancy room, $@@@.@@ per night per room. B. The Contractor agrees that it will waive all applicable taxes and surcharges for Attendees listed on the Master Account Approval List, pursuant to the Hotel/Motel Transient Occupancy Tax Waiver (Exemption Certificate for State Agencies) form signed by the Judicial Council and included in this Agreement in Exhibit H. C. The Contractor may xxxx tax and/or surcharges, and/or tourism fees, if any, in addition to as included in the sleeping room rate, as set forth in this provision. D. The Contractor shall extend the sleeping room rate to Attendees two (2) Days before the Program and two (2) Days after the Program based on availability.

  • Cheating Cheating is prohibited, and will result in immediate action and termination without compensation.
