De-Activation. If any terms or conditions are failed to be followed it will result in grounds for account suspension or deactivation. Full Stack Team Six Company Limited reserves the right to remove any account without prior notice. If Full Stack Team Six Company Limited deactivates your account(s) for violating policy, you will forfeit your rights to a refund and none will be given. De-Activation. The process of de-mobilizing RIMT Members upon notification from the State to stand down.
De-Activation. Customer will remove deactivated TNs, TFNs and/or Short Codes (as applicable) from all A2P Messaging Services, using best efforts to do so within twenty-four (24) hours but in no event later than forty-eight (48) hours from when Bandwidth makes available to Customer, through existing operational processes, a file of deactivated TNs, TFNs and/or Short Codes.
De-Activation. The Reserve Provider must notify AEMO as soon as the provision of reserve is de-activated.
De-Activation. 5.1 Following activation, Exeter ATC shall assume that DSGC flying operations will continue until official night or the pre-notified time (whichever is earlier).
De-Activation. 14.1 If Doncaster ATC are required to change runways and use runway 02 for arriving traffic when the Darlton Box has been activated, ATC will de-activate the box by:
a) Broadcasting on the radar frequency (126.225) that the Darlton Box is being de-activated, stating the time that it will be de-activated (minimum of 10 minutes notice).
b) Removing the activation message from the Automatic Terminal Information Service (ATIS) – 134.950MHz.
c) Notify the activating club by telephone that the Darlton Box has been de- activated due to runway 02 being used for arriving traffic.
d) At the time of de-activation broadcasting on the radar frequency (126.225) that the Darlton Box is now closed.
14.2 If any glider is unable to vacate the Darlton Box before de-activation they should contact Doncaster radar (126.225) and request a VFR clearance.
14.3 RHADS may de-activate the Darlton Box if the minimum equipment requirement in paragraph 15 can not be met or maintenance is planned that will preclude compliance.
14.4 The Radar Controller may at any time, in the interests of flight safety, temporarily suspend the Darlton Box.
De-Activation. 22.1 If Doncaster ATC are required to change runways and use runway 20 for arriving traffic when the Goole Box has been activated, ATC will de-activate the box by:
De-Activation. The process of de-mobilizing the Response Team members upon notification from the incident commander to stand down.
De-Activation. The process of de-mobilizing the CVAHIMT members upon notification from the local, state, or DHS/FEMA to stand down.
De-Activation. (a) The Club is entitled to remove the Player from the Club’s active list of players at its sole discretion and may by written notice to the Player and subject to this clause; terminate this Contract by reason of the Player’s de- activation by the Club.
(b) If the Club terminates this Contract under clause 10.3(a), then subject to clause 10.3(e), the Club must pay to the Player:
(i) if the Contract is a one year contract, then the remainder of the that years Salary;
(ii) if the contract is a two year contract and the player is terminated in the first year, then the balance of the first years Salary plus 50 % of the second years Salary. If the player is terminated in the second year of the contract then the remainder of the second years Salary is payable;
(iii) if the contract is a three year contract and the player is terminated in the first year, then the balance of the first years Salary plus 50 % of the second and 50 % of the third years Salary. If the player is terminated in the second year of the contract then the remainder of the second years Salary is payable plus 50% of the third years Salary. If the contract is terminated in the third year then the remainder of the third year Salary is payable.
(c) Upon notification from the Club that the Player has been removed from the active list of players and has had his Contract terminated in accordance with this clause 10.3, then the Player will immediately be declared a free agent by the NBL.
(d) The payments set out in 10.3 (b) can be paid in either a lump sum or monthly payments at the discretion of the Club.
(e) The Player acknowledges that he will use his best endeavours to mitigate his losses if this Contract is terminated in accordance with this clause 10.3 by seeking other basketball-playing employment. For the purposes of this clause, “losses” includes but is not limited to any payment that constitutes Salary under this Contract.
(f) If another NBL Club employs the Player following the termination of this Contract in accordance with clause 10.3(a), then the amount of the payment to be made by the Club under clause 10.3(b) is the difference between what the Player would have been entitled to under this Contract and the average of all payments to which he is entitled under the new contract for the same period.
(g) Any amount payable by the Club in accordance with clause 10.3(b) will, subject to any agreement to the contrary, be paid by the same manner and at the same frequency as set out in Item 8 of...
