Dead Animals. Dead Animals shall mean animals or portions thereof that have expired from any cause except those slaughtered or killed for human use.
Dead Animals. Animals, or portions thereof, any and all household animals, less than 10 pounds in weight, that have expired from any cause, except those slaughtered or killed for human use.
Dead Animals. Under normal circumstances no police officer shall be required to move any dead animal from public or private property, except that police officers shall move dead animals to the side of the road during the period of time when the Animal Control Officer or members of the Jamestown Department of Public Works (JDPW) are not on regular duty. In the event a domestic animal is injured and the owner is not available, the police officer on the scene will immediately have the Animal Control Officer contacted to respond and provide whatever aid is needed for the care of the animal.
Dead Animals. Contractor agrees to pick up and dispose of all dead animals from the City's streets upon call from the City. Any collar or tag must be removed from the animal and delivered to the City Clerk's Office.
Dead Animals. Dead animals found (or placed) within Waterways and Natural Creeks, or inadvertently delivered to a debris management site, shall be the responsibility of the Vendor to remove and lawfully dispose of under this Agreement.

Dead Animals. The Contractor shall pick up dead animals, snakes, turtles, etc., from public rights of way, playgrounds, and all Municipal Property in the designated area within two (2) hours of notification by the City Manager, during regular office hours as specified herein. The Contractor shall be responsible for proper disposal of all animal remains collected and shall pay any fees associated with such disposal. SECTION 38: CONTRACTOR'S EMERGENCY SERVICES
Dead Animals. An employee who is required to remove, destroy or bury dead animals will be paid an additional amount of $5.23 per day in respect of any day on which the employee carries out such duty.
