Deductions from Occasional Sick Leave Bank. A deduction shall be made from accumulated sick leave of all normal working days (exclusive of holidays) on which the employee was absent from work due to illness. An absence due to illness of less than one-half (1/2) day shall not be deducted. An absence of one-half (1/2) day or more, and less than a full day, shall be deducted as one-half (1/2) day.

The Board agrees to transmit such monies promptly to the Association.

  • Accumulated Sick Leave ‌ The Employer shall inform all employees at least once each year of the number of sick days accumulated and shall make the information available to an employee on request.
