DEFINING SCOPE OF WORKThe Scope of Work purpose of this scope of work (herein referred to as Scope of WorkScope of Work) is for the purpose of providing special education and/or related services to LEA students with exceptional needs under the authorization of California Education Code Sections 56157, 56361 and 56365 et seq. and Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations Sections 3000 et seq., AB 490 (Chapter 862, Statutes of 2003) and AB 1858 (Chapter 914, Statutes of 2004). It is understood that this contract does not commit any Local Education Agency (LEA) to pay for special education and/or related services provided to any LEA student, or PROVIDER to provide such special education and/or related services, unless and until an authorized LEA representative approves the provision of special education and/or related services by PROVIDER. Upon PROVIDER acceptance of a student, the LEA shall develop an Individual Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “ISA”). Unless otherwise agreed in writing, this form shall acknowledge the PROVIDER’S obligation to provide all services specified in the student’s Individualized Education Program (hereinafter referred to as “IEP”). The ISA shall be executed within ninety (90) days of an LEA student’s enrollment. XXX and PROVIDER shall enter into an ISA for each LEA student served by PROVIDER. As available and appropriate, the LEA shall make available access to any electronic IEP system and/or electronic database for the development of the ISA and invoices Unless placement and/or services are provided pursuant to an Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) order or a lawfully executed settlement agreement between LEA and parent, XXX is not responsible for the costs associated with nonpublic school placement or NPS/A services until the date on which an IEP team meeting is convened, the IEP team determines that a nonpublic school placement is appropriate, and the IEP is signed by the LEA student’s parent evidencing the parent’s agreement to the IEP. PROVIDER shall not admit a student living within the jurisdictional boundaries of the LEA on a “private pay or tuition free scholarship” basis and concurrently or subsequently advise, actively support or request parent(s) to pursue funding for the admitted school year from the LEA through due process proceedings.

Oil level and d. Checking of oil leakage, if any, and take immediate corrective action to stop leakage. 2. Cleaning of HT and LT panels externally as per schedule 3. Check auxiliary supply and control voltages. 4. Check condition of indication lamps provided on HT and LT panels. 5. Check the battery bank and battery chargers for proper functioning. 6. Test annunciation and reset, take corrective action whenever necessary. 7. Check incoming voltage of grid and take corrective action accordingly if needed. 8. Record all the operational parameters on log book or log sheet hourly. Weekly Schedule 1. Carry out preventive maintenance as per the check-lists, equipment manuals and as per the instructions of BHU‟s designated representative. 2. Operate the battery charger in float and boost mode (CC & CV) as per schedule. 3. Rectify the faults / causes of faults. 4. Carry out battery and battery charger preventive maintenance as per schedule. 5. BHU will arrange a common meeting at every fortnight and discuss the various problems/ issues. 6. Check the condition of Silica gel and replace it if needed. Monthly Schedule 1. Checking the discharge devices and fuses. 2. Carry out preventive maintenance of battery charger and load test for chargers in both Float and Boost mode.

  • 000 SCOPE OF WORK 5. 100 The scope of this Agreement covers all work of a maintenance, repair and renovation nature, assigned by the Owner to the Company and performed by the employees of the Company covered by this Agreement, within the limits of the Owner's plant site.

  • Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:

  • Work Order (s) means a detailed scope of work for a Service required by Transnet, including timeframes, Deliverable, Fees and costs for the supply of the Service to Transnet, which may be appended to this Agreement from time to time.

  • Project Scope The physical scope of the Project shall be limited to only those capital improvements as described in Appendix A of this Agreement. In the event that circumstances require a change in such physical scope, the change must be approved by the District Committee, recorded in the District Committee's official meeting minutes, and provided to the OPWC Director for the execution of an amendment to this Agreement.

  • Statement of Work The Statement of Work to which Grantee is bound is incorporated into and made a part of this Grant Agreement for all purposes and included as Attachment A.

  • OF WORK The normal hours of work for an employee are not a guarantee of work per day or per week, or a guarantee of days of work per week. The normal hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7%) hours per day, and seventy-five (75) hours in any period. The normal daily tour shall consist of seven and one-half hours, exclusive of a one-half hour unpaid meal period. Employees shall be entitled to a fifteen (15) minute paid break during each half of the normal daily tour, at a time designated by the Employer. Employees required for reporting purposes shall remain at work for a period of up to fifteen (15) minutes which shall be unpaid. Should the reporting time extend beyond fifteen ( I 5) minutes however, the entire period shall be considered for the purposes of payment. Requests for change in posted work schedules must be submitted in writing and by the employee willing to exchange days off or shifts and are subject to the discretion of the Administrator or her designate. In any event, it is understood that such a change initiated by the employee and approved by the Employer shall not result in overtime compensation or payment or any other claims on the Employer by an employee under the terms of this t Where there is a change to Daylight Savings from Standard Time or vice-versa, an employee who is scheduled and works a full shift shall be paid for a seven and one-half (7.5) hour tour rather than the actual hours worked. The Employer will endeavour to accommodate requests by employees for specific days off and also requests for changes in posted time schedules once the schedule has been posted. Shift schedules shall be posted two (2) weeks in advance and shall cover a minimum of a four (4) week period. The following shall apply to full-time employees: During each pay period, two (2) consecutive days off will be scheduled. Schedules may provide for more than (5) consecutive days of work, but not more than seven (7) consecutive days of work without days off, as long as four (4) days off are scheduled in each fourteen (14) day period. Except as outlined below, meal time of one-half hour shall be scheduled away from the floor during the employee's shift whether day, evening or night. Where there is only one registered employee on duty, it is recognized that this is not possible. Should an employee be recalled to duty during meal time, additional time shall be provided later in the shift.
