  • CATEGORIES OF EMPLOYEES (a) A full-time Employee is one who is regularly scheduled to work the normal full time hours of work as defined under Article 16.01.

  • Employment Categories (a) Employees under this Agreement will be employed in one of the following categories:

  • Definitions of Employees (a) Employees are defined as follows: A Regular Full-Time Employee is an employee who is employed on a full-time basis of 35, 37½, 40 or such other number of weekly hours as is recognized in the Collective Agreement as normal for a particular class of positions, for an indefinite period of time.

  • Number of Employees The Union and the Employer agree that no more than one (1) position in each program shall be covered by a Job Sharing Agreement at any one time. No more than two (2) employees may share one (1) full-time position. The position being shared shall remain a regular full-time position within the bargaining unit.

  • Types of Employees For the purpose of this Agreement, the parties agree that “employees” referred to in Article 2 relates to the following types of employees:

  • Budget Categories Use the first column only (Column 1) to report the budget category breakouts (Lines 6a through 6h) and indirect charges (Line 6j) for the total funding requested for the first year of your project only.
