Definition of Construction Documents. The Construction Documents shall
(i) Schematic Drawings" for the Initial Tenant Improvements which shall generally include, without limitation, the following:
(1) Perspective drawings sufficient to illustrate the Initial

(3) Building plans, floor plans and elevations sufficient to describe the development proposal, the general architectural character, and the location and size of uses.
(4) Building sections showing height relationships of those
(ii) Preliminary Construction Documents" in sufficient detail and completeness to show that the Initial Tenant Improvements and the construction thereof shall comply with the Project Requirements, and which shall generally include, without limitation:
(1) Premises plan(s) at appropriate scale showing the buildings, streets, boat docks, walkways, and other open spaces. All land uses shall be designated. All
(2) All building plans and elevations at appropriate scale.
(3) Building sections showing all typical cross sections at
(4) Floor plans.
(5) Preliminary interior improvement plans.
(6) Plans for proposed public access areas showing details
(7) Outline specifications for materials, finishes and methods
Definition of Construction Documents. “Construction Documents” means documents that both the City and the Developer agree are ready for the construction of any aspect of the Project, including the plans, specifications, approved change orders, revisions, addenda and other information approved by the City, which set forth in detail City approvals related to the construction of the Project. Each Party reserves the right to review and comment on the Construction Documents until they meet mutual agreement on the readiness for the documents for construction. Each Party reserves the right to require the Construction Documents to meet reasonable standards of detail and completeness that are commonly accepted by industry standards in the regional area. If the Parties are unable to reach agreement as to the readiness of the documents to proceed to construction, they will each retain separate engineering firms to address the discrepancies. If agreement cannot be met 60 days after retaining separate engineering firms, the dispute shall proceed to arbitration for dispute resolution in accordance with Section XIV(b) below.
Definition of Construction Documents. The Construction Documents consist
(i) “Project Design Guidelines,” which shall mean renderings and descriptions of project design features, and “Schematic Drawings”, which shall mean a site plan, plans for each level, all elevations, two or more sections, an outline specification, summary statistics, such as preliminary area analysis, a preliminary construction cost estimate, and illustrative materials (renderings, models, or drawing needed to adequately present the project).
