DEGREE STATUS CHANGES. ‌ 1. Degree and/or credit change increments are granted once yearly at the start of the new school year. 2. Upon completion of graduate credits necessary for movement to the next degree level on the salary scale, a letter must be submitted to the Human Resources Office requesting movement on the salary scale and should include a listing of the graduate courses completed for this move. This letter must be received prior to September 1st with full documentation prior to October 1st. Documentation received after October 1st will be processed for implementation at the start of the next school year. 3. Official transcripts from all colleges/universities for which the credits were issued must be submitted. 4. Upon receipt of all the above documentation, a Bargaining Unit Member's degree status change will be processed and presented to the Board of School Directors at the next available meeting. Once approved, the Bargaining Unit Member will receive a letter to this effect and a payroll adjustment will be made accordingly. 5. All salary/degree changes are based on semester credits not quarter credits. A quarter credit hour is equal to two-thirds of a semester credit hour. Ex: 3 quarter credits = 2 semester credits; 5 quarter credits = 3.3 semester credits. 6. In general, it is intended that degree and/or credit-change increments shall be granted once per year as set forth herein.

  • Program Changes Contractor agrees to inform the County of any alteration in program or service delivery at least thirty (30) days prior to the implementation of the change, or as soon as reasonably feasible.

  • CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT 3.1 The Supplier shall adopt a policy of continuous improvement in relation to the Services pursuant to which it will regularly review with the Authority the Services and the manner in which it is providing the Services with a view to reducing the Authority's costs (including the Framework Prices), the costs of Contracting Bodies and/or improving the quality and efficiency of the Services. The Supplier and the Authority will provide to each other any information which may be relevant to assisting the objectives of continuous improvement and in particular reducing costs.
