DELIVERABLE DOCUMENTATION. Final acceptance of each item of Deliverable Documentation shall occur upon Inmarsat’s issuance of the Certificate of Acceptance certifying the conformance of such Deliverable Documentation as set forth in Section 9 of Exhibit A, Statement of Work. Subject to the foregoing within five (5) working days after receipt of the final version of each Deliverable Documentation, Inmarsat shall issue a Certificate of Acceptance. In the event Inmarsat fails to issue a Certificate of Acceptance within the specified time, Contractor shall self-issue such certificate and such certificate shall be deemed acceptable for any payments requiring a Certificate of Acceptance.
DELIVERABLE DOCUMENTATION. Documents which are required to be delivered to Inmarsat are listed in the CDRL contained in Appendix 5 to this Statement of Work. All deliverable documentation for the Inmarsat-4 programme shall use S.I. units.

DELIVERABLE DOCUMENTATION. Deliverable documentation shall be submitted to Astrium for approval or review as required in the Statement Of Work. Astrium will then ascertain that the document is in conformance with the requirements of the Contract. Documentation requiring Astrium’s approval shall be deemed to have been accepted unless rejected in writing within 30 (thirty) working days after receipt or such further period as may be specifically agreed. In the event that Astrium considers that a submitted document does not fulfil the contractual requirements, the Contractor shall, at the justified request of Astrium, bring the document up to the appropriate standard at his own expense. Approval of the Contractor’s documentation shall constitute Astrium’s concurrence that, based on the situation prevailing on the date of approval and documented by the submitted supporting material, the Contractor has interpreted the requirements of Astrium satisfactorily and that the subsequent activities can proceed. Approval of documentation shall neither constitute an incremental certification of the Contractor’s output or design nor shall it constitute release from his responsibilities before the contractual output or design has been shown to comply fully with the specified requirements and formal acceptance has been certified by Astrium.
