Site Representatives. The Union will have at least one (1) representative for each site. The Employer recognizes the Union’s right to elect/ appoint a representative(s) in each unit/clinic where members of the Union are assigned to work.

Site Representatives. 23.1 Purpose It is agreed that CSEA, in appointing site representatives from among unit members, does so for the purpose of promoting an effective relationship between the Superintendent and unit members by helping to settle problems at the lowest level of supervision.
