Delivery of Manuscript. The ‘Author’ agrees to deliver the manuscript of the ‘Article’ to the ‘Publisher’ in the US English language in its entirety (hereinafter ‘Manuscript’) in .doc(x) format file and formatted as in the requirements of Author’s Guideline of the Journal via the Platform by Registering and Logging in xxxxx://xxxxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx/jemt/index (the Date of Submission of the ‘Manuscript’ is ‘Initial Delivery Date’). The ‘Manuscript’ shall otherwise be acceptable to Publisher in form and content, after a double – blind peer review process.

Delivery of Manuscript. The Author agrees to deliver the manuscript of the Work in the English language in its entirety (“Manuscript”) to the Publisher not later than [insert date of manuscript delivery] (“Initial Delivery Date”) in the form of a Microsoft Word or RTF (Rich Text Format) document to be sent via e-mail, CD-ROM, or USB drive, which Manuscript shall be approximately [insert word count] in length and shall otherwise be acceptable to Publisher in form and content.
Delivery of Manuscript. 10.1 Author agrees to deliver the manuscript of the Work in the original language in its entirety (“the Manuscript”) to the Publisher in the form of a computer readable file compatible with Microsoft Word.
Delivery of Manuscript. The Author shall furnish to the Publisher, no later than August 1, 2019 an original manuscript of the Work, including photographs and any other elements specified by the Publisher, a computer disk(s) in a word processing format prepared according to the Publisher's guidelines, plus one (1) photocopy, that is complete, and satisfactory to Publisher in final form, length and content, ready for reproduction. All necessary photographs, illustrations, charts, indexes and other related materials (collectively the "Materials"), including permissions for the inclusion of any material copyrighted by other parties and privacy or other releases as deemed necessary by the Publisher, shall be obtained and paid for by the Author. If the manuscript, the Materials and any required permissions are not delivered to the Publisher by September 1, 2019 the Publisher shall have the option of either extending the date of delivery thereof or terminating this Agreement, and shall notify the Author of the decision in writing. The provisions as to content, length, form and time of receipt of the manuscript and the Materials and permissions by the Publisher are material terms of this Agreement, and, on the failure of the Author to comply with any or all of such provisions, the Publisher may, at its option, terminate this Agreement by written notice to the Author. When such notice to the Author has been made, all rights granted by the Author shall revert to the Author and neither party shall have any further obligation or liability to the other hereunder.
Delivery of Manuscript. On or before DATE, you’ll deliver to Us the complete manuscript of the Work of approximately XXX typeset pages, and any additional materials, as described in Schedule A. You’ll be responsible for writing the text of the Work, generating appropriate rough sketches for illustrations, and compiling all front and back matter. You will also deliver all source code, a disk image for a CD- ROM, a demonstration version of a software program, or any other materials specified in Schedule A or elsewhere in this Agreement. You’ll deliver the manuscript to us in an electronic form acceptable to us and shall include any additional materials required under Paragraph 5 (except that you’ll deliver the index to us within seven (7) days after we deliver paginated proofs to you) and Paragraph 6, unless otherwise instructed by us in writing.

Delivery of Manuscript. 1.1 The Author will deliver to the Publisher the Author's manuscript entitled as described in Attachment 1 (the “Work”) in form ready for editorial review pursuant to Article II of this Agreement.
Delivery of Manuscript. 2. The Author shall deliver the complete and satisfactory manuscript of the Work to the Publisher by September 1, 2023. The Publisher shall have 60 days to review the manuscript and notify the Author of any changes required to make it satisfactory. The Author shall make such changes within 30 days. If the Author fails to deliver a satisfactory manuscript, the Publisher may terminate this Agreement.
Delivery of Manuscript. AUTHOR will deliver to LEVEL4 an electronic copy of the manuscript. DOCUMENT shall be delivered using LEVEL 4 provided template. Either party may cancel this agreement prior to delivery and acceptance of the final manuscript, in which case the termination provisions of paragraph 7 shall apply. Time is of the essence in this agreement. AUTHOR may optionally conduct research for up to two-weeks from COMMENCEMENT in preparation for writing. Following the research period, AUTHOR agrees to make best efforts to work a minimum of ten hours per week on manuscript, which will normally equate to roughly 3,000 to 5,000 novel words. LEVEL4 may terminate this agreement without penalty if author consistently fails to achieve these writing objectives. DOCUMENT shall be 75,000 to 150,000 words in length, with a target of 100,000 words; unless otherwise approved by LEVEL4.
