Dependent Contribution. Effective July 1, 2016, the amount of contribution towards dependent coverage for fulltime teachers shall be one thousand two hundred fifty-five and 00/100 dollars ($1,255.00) per month for the Double Gold Plan (or its equivalent). The School District shall contribute one thousand four hundred twenty-three and 00/100 dollars ($1,423.00) per month in the Comprehensive Major Medical (CMM) Plan (or its equivalent) for dependent coverage for all teachers who qualify for and are enrolled in the School District group health and hospitalization plans. The School District shall contribute a pro-rata amount for part-time teachers. For teachers who qualify and enroll in the high deductible dependent coverage medical plan, the School District will contribute each month an amount equivalent to the monthly district contribution towards the Comprehensive Major Medical (CMM) Plan (or it’s equivalent) premium. The contribution will first be applied toward the insurance premium and any additional amount will be deposited into the teachers HSA account, not to exceed the annual plan deductible and subject to statutory and regulatory limits and requirements. For single and dependent coverage, if an employee submits evidence of hardship, the School District will make the remainder of the annual contribution to the Health Savings Account at that time and stop all monthly contributions for the remainder of the year.

  • Retirement Contributions On behalf of employees, the State will continue to “pick up” the six percent (6%) employee contribution, payable pursuant to law. The parties acknowledge that various challenges have been filed that contest the lawfulness, including the constitutionality, of various aspects of PERS reform legislation enacted by the 2003 Legislative Assembly, including Chapters 67 (HB 2003) and 68 (HB 2004) of Oregon Laws 2003 (“PERS Litigation”). Nothing in this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of any party’s rights, claims or defenses with respect to the PERS Litigation.

  • Dependent Coverage For dependent dental coverage, the Employer contributes an amount equal to the lesser of fifty (50) percent of the dependent premium of the State Dental Plan, or the actual dependent premium of the dental plan chosen by the employee.

  • Dependent Child If dependent children are covered under separate plans of more than one person, whether a parent or guardian, benefits for the child will be determined in the following order: • the benefits of the plan covering the parent born earlier in the year will be determined before those of the parent whose birthday (month and day only) falls later in the year; • if both parents have the same birthday, the benefits of the plan that covered the parent longer are determined before those of the plan which covered the other parent for a shorter period of time; • if the other plan does not determine benefits according to the parents' birth dates, but by parents' gender instead, the other plan’s gender rule will determine the order of benefits.

  • Dependent Care The College will make available to employees, at their option, an Internal Revenue Service Code Section 129 Dependent Care plan. The plan will be established, administered, and communicated to employees by the State without cost to the employees.

  • Dependent Care Salary Reduction Plan The Employer agrees to maintain the current dependent care salary reduction plan that allows eligible employees, covered by this Agreement, the option to participate in a dependent care reimbursement program for work-related dependent care expenses on a pretax basis as permitted by federal tax law or regulation.

  • Employer Contribution (a) An Employer contribution for health and dental benefits will only be made for each active employee who has at least eighty (80) paid regular hours in a month and who is eligible for medical insurance coverage, unless otherwise required by law.

  • Maintaining Eligibility for Employer Contribution The employer's contribution continues as long as the employee remains on the payroll in an insurance eligible position. Employees who complete their regular school year assignment shall receive coverage through August 31.

  • Contributions Without creating any rights in favor of any third party, the Member may, from time to time, make contributions of cash or property to the capital of the Company, but shall have no obligation to do so.
