Design Professional’s Services During Pre-Bid Phase. 1. The Design Professional shall assist the School District and the Program Manager in preparing lists of qualified and interested bidders on the Project. 2. The Design Professional shall review the Project Schedule and the Prime Contract’s primary network schedule with the School District and the Program Manager, and shall comment on the schedule accordingly. 3. The Design Professional shall promptly obtain and examine questions received from prospective bidders, confer with the School District and the Program Manager regarding appropriate responses to prospective bidders’ questions, answer all prospective bidders’ questions in the form of an addendum, and send all responses to prospective bidders’ questions, in the form of an addendum, and distribute the addendum to the School District and the Program Manager for posting to the School District’s website.. The Design Professional, upon request, shall render to the School District and the Program Manager written interpretations and clarifications of those Bid Documents and Construction Documents for which it has responsibility. 4. The Design Professional shall prepare necessary addenda to the Construction Documents, and shall submit the addenda to the School District and the Program Manager for their review and recommendations. The results of these reviews shall be provided by the School District and the Program Manager to the Design Professional as notations on the addenda. The Design Professional shall revise the addenda based on these recommendations. The School District shall distribute the addenda to all potential bidders on the Project. The Design Professional shall advise the School District and the Program Manager of the estimated costs for all addenda and of the effect of the addenda on the Project Construction Budget and Project Master Schedule. The Design Professional shall revise or correct the Drawings and Specifications, if necessary, to comply with the issued addenda after the receipt of bids. 5. The Design Professional shall attend and participate in pre-bid conferences with potential bidders on the Project. The Design Professional shall assist the School District and the Program Manager in responding to questions raised by prospective bidders at the pre-bid conferences.   • Design Services The Engineer shall perform services during the schematic design phase, the design development phase, the contract documents phase, and the bidding period as hereinafter specified.

  • Network Interconnection Architecture Each Party will plan, design, construct and maintain the facilities within their respective systems as are necessary and proper for the provision of traffic covered by this Agreement.   • Project Management Plan 3.2.1 Developer is responsible for all quality assurance and quality control activities necessary to manage the Work, including the Utility Adjustment Work. Developer shall undertake all aspects of quality assurance and quality control for the Project and Work in accordance with the approved Project Management Plan, Good Industry Practice and applicable Law. 3.2.2 Developer shall develop the Project Management Plan and its component parts, plans and other documentation in accordance with the requirements set forth in Section 1.5.2.5

  • DEVELOPMENT OR ASSISTANCE IN DEVELOPMENT OF SPECIFICATIONS REQUIREMENTS/ STATEMENTS OF WORK

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:

  • Pre-Commencement Phase Services The services required to be provided by the Contractor for the Pre- Commencement Phase of the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by CBB for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by CBB, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit CBB to route the CBB Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by CBB. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by CBB and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at CBB's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, CBB will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. CBB shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to CBB’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Coordination, Oversight and Monitoring of Service Providers As set forth in the Administrative Services Agreement between the Fund and CRMC, CRMC shall coordinate, monitor and oversee the activities performed by the Service Providers with which AFS contracts. AFS shall monitor Service Providers’ provision of services including the delivery of Customer account statements and all Fund-related material, including summary prospectuses and/or prospectuses, shareholder reports, and proxies.
