DESIGNATED LEAD AGENCY. Contractor Partner Agencies agrees that Boys and Girls Clubs of Tustin shall serve as the designated lead agent on behalf of the CONTRACTOR, with authority to present claims to COUNTY on behalf of each of the Contractor Partner Agencies for services delivered by each of them pursuant to this Agreement. As designated lead agent, Boys and Girls Clubs of Tustin shall receive the claims from each of the other Contractor Partner Agencies on a monthly basis and shall submit these claims, along with its own monthly claim, pursuant to Paragraph 21 herein. Claims submitted to COUNTY by the designated lead agent shall clearly identify the services that were performed by Contractor Partner Agencies. DESIGNATED LEAD AGENCY. Both OneOC and CHIOC agree that OneOC shall serve as the designated lead agent on behalf of the CONTRACTOR, with authority to present claims to COUNTY on behalf of the Contractor Partner Agency for services delivered by each of them pursuant to this Agreement. As designated lead agent, OneOC, shall receive the claims from CHIOC on a monthly basis and shall submit these claims, along with its own monthly claim, pursuant to Subparagraph 21.3.1 herein. Claims submitted to COUNTY by the designated lead agent shall clearly identify the services that were performed by CHIOC. Any and all payments to be made by COUNTY pursuant to this Agreement shall be made payable to the designated lead agent. The designated lead agent shall thereafter disburse payment as appropriate to CHIOC. CHIOC agrees that COUNTY’s disbursement of payment to the designated lead agent shall satisfy COUNTY’s payment obligation under this Agreement. As the designated lead agent, OneOC shall also be responsible for, at a minimum, facilitating CONTRACTOR meetings, collecting documentation for invoices and outcome measurements from CHIOC, that include but are not limited to the following: 20.2.1 Collecting and maintaining complete documentation for invoices. 20.2.2 Maintaining complete and accurate records of all financial and outcome measurement data. 20.2.3 Overseeing the collection, maintenance, and management of required data including outcome measurements. 20.2.4 Facilitating collaborative activities, services, and programs to ensure effective service delivery. 20.2.5 Ensuring required documentation (e.g., insurance certificates, copies of resumes/applications, independent audits) is current. 20.2.6 Collecting information and generating a monthly outreach activity calendar.

Claims 15 submitted to COUNTY by the designated lead agent shall clearly identify the services that were 16 performed by Contractor Partner Agencies.
