Designated Work Areas. 1. City has given its approval for Contractor to use the Luscher Barn, Greenhouse and Outside Propagation Table Area next to the Greenhouse, and Wash Station located on the east side of the Luscher Barn as designated work areas. Refer to Attachment C. Contractor agrees to the following: A. Shareholder pickup shall occur at the northernmost entrance of the Luscher Barn in the designated shared CSA Shareholder Pickup/City Use location. Refer to Attachment B. B. The use of the greenhouse shall be limited to the one 30’ x 60’ greenhouse located southwest of the milking barn, and the area measuring 60’ x 15’ adjacent to the greenhouse known as the “propagation table area”. No other land in the area shall be used for propagation or storage. C. Contractor shall be responsible for maintenance of the greenhouse and propagation table area. Contractor shall routinely maintain the City’s greenhouse and area surrounding greenhouse as identified in Section H.1.G. D. City shall provide well water for use in the greenhouse. E. The above ground irrigation system shall be the property of the Contractor, if Contractor does not use the greenhouse or the propagation table area, the Contractor must remove all above ground irrigation items with exception to those underground water lines. F. The greenhouse is the property of the City. The City shall repair the current City owned greenhouse in the event of structural failure; no claim for loss of use of the Greenhouse from Contactor shall arise as long as City is making reasonable efforts to repair or replace. G. Contractor shall maintain the area around the greenhouses as follows: g1. Weekly mowing; g2. Immediate removal of any garbage; g3. No unsightly or messy areas around the greenhouse; or the table area g4. No storage in or around the greenhouse; or in the table area H. Contractor shall provide all labor and materials required for such maintenance. I. Contractor shall work cooperatively with City staff with respect to such maintenance. J. Contractor shall provide its own equipment for use in the greenhouse and properly store such equipment in designated barn storage areas. K. Contractor must grow and give at least 20 varieties totaling 1,200 vegetable plant starts for Luscher Farm community each year L. Contractor must grow at least at least 10 varieties totaling 600 native species plants each year for distribution to Open Space program for use in the community. 2. Designated Work Areas. Employees shall be hired to work at one of three designated work areas: Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx or Lodge Grass. Those employees hired for Xxxxxx shall report to the Shop in Xxxxxx to start their workday. Those employees hired for Xxxxxx shall report to the Xxxxxx Shop at the start of the workday. Those employees hired for Lodge Grass shall report to the Lodge Grass Shop at the start of their workday. Employees may be transferred to a different designated work area than that originally hired for, based upon the needs of the County. Transfer opportunities will first be posted and filled by existing employees. If no employee requests to be transferred, then the position will be advertised publicly. The employees hired at Xxxxxx shall be provided housing. Utilities will be provided at the Xxxxxx employee’s expense.
Designated Work Areas. For the purposes of sub-clause 21.3, the “designated work areas” are, for each site: (a) cellar; (b) cellar door sales; (c) laboratory; (d) packaging; (e) quality assurance; (f) vineyards; (g) warehouse/distribution; (h) wastewater, woodlot and gardens.

All outdoor substations and electrical connections up to and including the setting of transformers and the connecting of the secondary buses thereto. Outside work to include renewable electrical energy sources such as solar photovoltaic, geothermal, wind, biomass, wave, etc., and other distributed en- ergy installations such as fuel cells, microturbines, etc.

  • THE WORK The Work comprises the completed construction required by the Contract Documents and includes all labor necessary to produce such construction, and all materials and equipment incorporated or to be incorporated in such construction.

  • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The Executive shall travel to such places on the business of the Company in such manner and on such occasions as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.
