Additionally, we want all administration employees to have the opportunity for continuing professional development and development linked to their career aspirations in Health. Training and development opportunities may include such things as: • undertaking higher duties • mentoring • job shadowing • new task experiences • Te Reo Māori language learning • NZ Sign language learning • secondments (internal and external) • project work • courses and conferences • study assistance. Application to specific professional development grants or funds and payment of any fees and course costs will be agreed upon by the manager and employee per the employer's policies and practices. Refer to Appendix 5 Part 1 Schedules clause 1.9. 7 Union Rights and Representation‌ This section sets out the rights of employees to join and be represented by the PSA and the right of the PSA to consult and inform members in the workplace. It covers deductions of union membership fees, union meetings, employment relations education leave, and access. Leaders will support delegates to participate in union activities.

  • PAYMENT FOR GOODS AND SERVICES a. DIR Customer shall comply with Chapter 2251, Texas Government Code, or applicable local law, in making payments to the Vendor. Payment under a DIR Contract shall not foreclose the right to recover wrongful payments.

  • System for Award Management (XXX) Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a XXX.xxx proof of registration and Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) number. Grantee will continue to maintain an active XXX registration with current information at all times during which it has an active award under this Agreement.

  • Payment for Working Overtime 35.1(a) Except as provided for elsewhere in this clause, for all work done outside ordinary hours on any day or shift (as defined in this agreement) the overtime rates of pay are time and a half for the first three hours and double time thereafter until the completion of the overtime work. For continuous shift workers the rate for working overtime is double time.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.

  • PAYMENT FOR WORK The H-GAC Customer is responsible for making payment to the Contractor upon delivery and acceptance of the goods or completion of the services and submission of the subsequent invoice.
