DHB / PSA Bargaining Parties. The DHB / PSA Bargaining Parties comprising the Crown Negotiator, Ministry of Health, and DHB and PSA representatives represents the overarching group responsible for overseeing the work programme and remains the final authority and decision-maker for the outcomes of the programme. The DHB / PSA Bargaining Parties will set up the process to deliver the work programme. The work carried out in the local and national work programmes will be reported back to the DHB / PSA Bargaining Parties.

  • Union Bargaining Committee A Union Bargaining Committee shall be appointed by the Union and shall consist of up to three (3) members of the Union together with the President of the Union or her designate.
