Directory Assistance Listing Information. 20.1 GTE shall include in its directory assistance database all directory assistance listing information, which consists of name and address ("DA Listing Information") for all AT&T Customers, including those with nonpublished and unlisted numbers. GTE shall provide to AT&T, at AT&T's request, for purposes of AT&T providing AT&T-branded directory assistance services to its local customers, within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date, all published GTE DA Listing Information via magnetic tape delivered within twenty-four (24) hours of preparation, at the rate specified in or as to be determined pursuant to Attachment 14. Changes to the DA Listing Information shall be updated on a daily basis through the same means used to transmit the initial list. DA Listing Information provided shall indicate whether the customer is a residence or business customer. 20.2 Neither Party will release, sell, or license DA Listing Information that includes the other Party's end user information to third parties without the other Party's approval. The other Party shall inform the releasing Party if it desires to have the releasing Party provide the other Party's DA Listing Information to the third party, in which case, the releasing Party shall provide the other Party's DA Listing Information at the same time as the releasing Party provides the releasing Party's DA Listing Information to the third party. The rate to be paid by the releasing Party to the other Party for such sales shall be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Directory Assistance Listing Information. 7.1 GTE shall include in its directory assistance database directory assistance listing information (DA Listing Information) for all USX end users in the same geographic area as GTE provides directory assistance for GTE end users. DA Listing Information will consist of name, address, and indication of whether the end user is a residence or business customer. USX will provide DA Listing Information to GTE via the LSR process. 7.2 At USX’s request, for purposes of USX’s providing directory assistance information to USX customers, GTE will provide all GTE published DA Listing Information in GTE’s directory assistance database to USX at the rates specified in Appendix F. DA Listing Information will be provided either via magnetic tape or electronic file transfer using Network Data Mover (NDM). Changes to DA Listing Information will be provided on a daily basis through the same means. If USX requests the magnetic tape option, GTE will provide the information within 60 days of receipt of the order. If USX requests the electronic file transfer option, the Parties will work cooperatively to implement NDM capacity. 7.3 The Parties will not release the other Party’s DA Listing Information to third parties without the other Party’s approval. Upon receipt of approval the releasing Party will provide the other Party’s Listing Information at the same time as it provides its own to a third party. The releasing Party may charge the other Party for the direct cost of compiling such information. The other Party will be responsible for any compensation agreement with the third party. 7.4 The Parties will work together to identify and develop procedures for database error correction.

  • Directory Assistance 72.1 The Parties acknowledge that CenturyLink is not a Directory Assistance (DA) provider. CenturyLink provides directory listings information for its subscribers to third party DA providers to be included in the national and local databases used by such third party providers. The Parties agree that to the extent the DA provider contracted by CLEC for DA services to CLEC’s subscribers also populates the national DA database, then CLEC’s DA listings have been made available to CenturyLink’s subscribers and no further effort is needed by either Party. If for any reason, CLEC desires that CenturyLink act as a middleman conduit for the placement of CLEC’s DA listings in the DA database(s), then CenturyLink shall provide such compensable DA listings service pursuant to separate written terms and conditions between CenturyLink and CLEC which will be attached to this Agreement as an Amendment.

  • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a D&E Customer is served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, subject to any call blocking feature used by D&E, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Services Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the Voice Information Service platform. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless D&E has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers, D&E shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. D&E shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects such charges from its own Customers. 5.3 D&E shall have the option to route Voice Information Services Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Services platform(s) connected to Verizon’s network. In the event D&E exercises such option, D&E will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow D&E to route Voice Information Services Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Services Traffic, unless D&E has entered into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers, D&E shall pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges. 5.4 D&E shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not it collects charges for such calls from its own Customers. 5.5 For variable rated Voice Information Services Traffic (e.g., NXX 550, 540, 976, 970, 940, as applicable) from D&E Customers served by resold Verizon Telecommunications Services or a Verizon Local Switching Network Element, D&E shall either (a) pay to Verizon without discount the Voice Information Services provider charges, or (b) enter into an arrangement with Verizon to xxxx and collect Voice Information Services provider charges from D&E’s Customers. 5.6 Either Party may request the other Party provide the requesting Party with non discriminatory access to the other party’s information services platform, where such platform exists. If either Party makes such a request, the Parties shall enter into a mutually acceptable written agreement for such access. 5.7 In the event D&E exercises such option, D&E will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow D&E to route information services traffic originated on its network to Verizon.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by CBB for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by CBB, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit CBB to route the CBB Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by CBB. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by CBB and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at CBB's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, CBB will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. CBB shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to CBB’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Registration Data Directory Services Until ICANN requires a different protocol, Registry Operator will operate a WHOIS service available via port 43 in accordance with XXX 0000, and a web-­‐based Directory Service at <whois.nic.TLD> providing free public query-­‐based access to at least the following elements in the following format. ICANN reserves the right to specify alternative formats and protocols, and upon such specification, the Registry Operator will implement such alternative specification as soon as reasonably practicable. Registry Operator shall implement a new standard supporting access to domain name registration data (SAC 051) no later than one hundred thirty-­‐five (135) days after it is requested by ICANN if: 1) the IETF produces a standard (i.e., it is published, at least, as a Proposed Standard RFC as specified in RFC 2026); and 2) its implementation is commercially reasonable in the context of the overall operation of the registry. 1.1. The format of responses shall follow a semi-­‐free text format outline below, followed by a blank line and a legal disclaimer specifying the rights of Registry Operator, and of the user querying the database. 1.2. Each data object shall be represented as a set of key/value pairs, with lines beginning with keys, followed by a colon and a space as delimiters, followed by the value. 1.3. For fields where more than one value exists, multiple key/value pairs with the same key shall be allowed (for example to list multiple name servers). The first key/value pair after a blank line should be considered the start of a new record, and should be considered as identifying that record, and is used to group data, such as hostnames and IP addresses, or a domain name and registrant information, together. 1.4. The fields specified below set forth the minimum output requirements.
