Disaster Planning. The PHARMACY OWNER shall take all reasonable steps to cooperate and coordinate with MANITOBA to facilitate disaster planning efforts for continued provision of Pharmacy Services in cases of a disaster, emergency or an event described in subsection 12.6.2 herein.
Disaster Planning. As part of the area-wide disaster assistance planning, Service Provider shall:
a. Designate an Emergency Services Coordinator and Alternate and submit a Disaster Assistance Form/CDA 42, available on our website at xxxx://xxx.XXxxxxx.xxx.
b. Develop and maintain a Disaster Plan. A template for a plan is available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xx.xxx/ProgramsProviders/AAA/Disaster_Preparedness/. The plan should be reviewed annually, revised as needed, and available for review.
Disaster Planning. The Contractor shall actively participate with the County in disaster planning. The Contractor shall designate a representative who shall regularly attend meetings and shall be the liaison for disaster activities with the County and with other agencies. The Contractor shall provide field personnel and transport resources for participation in any EMS Agency approved disaster drill in which the County disaster plan/multi-casualty incident plan is exercised.
Disaster Planning. Xxxxxxx and XXX-XXXX recognize that the occurrence of an extraordinary event(s), be it health, structural, digital, environmental, or communal, poses a critical need for a contingency plan that will facilitate the quick and efficient continuance of academic functions after a temporary separation from the physical campus has been deemed compulsory. It is the role of Xxxxxxx and XXX-XXXX to meet and agree in advance, if the event(s) are forecasted, or post the occurrence, to a method of announcement, on-going remediation, and re-entry protocol as it pertains to Faculty.
Disaster Planning. Company shall implement and maintain a measurable, documented disaster recovery plan to ensure continuity and quality of the E-Commerce Activities and Inventory (“Disaster Plan”). The plan must include, at a minimum, implementation procedures, weather-related, labor-related, system-related and telecommunications contingencies and a mitigation plan in the event of these or other foreseeable events that are outside Company’s reasonable control. Disaster Planning. A formal disaster recovery or business continuation plan is NOT within the scope of this Schedule. Although the services to be provided under this Schedule can, under certain conditions, help Client recover from certain disasters, it should in no way be considered a formal disaster recovery or business continuity plan. If Client requires a disaster recovery or business continuation plan, including testing of the plan, United Systems can assist Client with the development of such a plan. All time spent in the development and testing of this plan would be billable at a discounted rate or as an agreed additional service.
Disaster Planning. The County and the City shall cooperate in establishing disaster plans and in conducting exercises pursuant to disaster plans administered by the Lincoln County Department of Emergency Management.
