Discharge, Discipline or Suspension Cases. If an Employee is disciplined, suspended, or discharged and if he/she believes he/she has been unjustifiably disciplined, suspended, or discharged, he/she shall have his/her Grievance processed under the Grievance Procedure starting at Stage Two if presented in writing within ten (10) calendar days after the date of discipline, suspension, or discharge. If the Grievance shall be settled finally in the Grievor’s favour, reinstatement and pay adjustments shall be made at his/her regular basic rate, less amounts earned during time lost, for the hours per week or any other arrangements which are just and equitable in the opinion of the conferring parties, or in the opinion of a Board of Arbitration, if the matter is referred to such a Board.
