DISCIPLINARY RULES AND GRIEVANCE PROCEDURES. 16.1 The disciplinary rules for the Company's staff are set out in the Company's staff handbook. The extent to which these apply to the Employees of the seniority of the Employees is entirely at the Company's discretion.
