A complete description of the Contract Activities that will be performed or provided by the subcontractor.

Disclosure of Subcontractors. The Contractor shall inform the Department of any Subcontractor providing Covered Services for which the Subcontractor contracts a subcontractor in any transaction or series of transactions, in performance of any term of this Contract. As set forth in Section 6.1 “Requirements,” such arrangements require prior written consent of the Department.

They attend annual, company required training meetings and already have knowledge of the DS200; ExpressVote and DS450. They will receive further training on this equipment, and on Electionware software. The Contractor’s service technicians are available daily from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with extended hours at Election time.(See Section 1.6.C) If a subcontractor is to be used for service and maintenance, the subcontractor must be identified, along with any Key Personnel (see Section 3.3); as well as relevant experience the subcontractor has with relation to the service and maintenance of the system being proposed. All of Contractor’s employees and subcontractors are required to pass a background check. The Contractor uses the following methods for training subcontractors: o Subcontractors visit Contractor’s headquarters in Omaha to receive extensive hands-on equipment training and testing from Contractor’s technical trainers, which ultimately results in certification on the given equipment. o Contractor also secures classroom training space within a State. In such an instance, the Contractor provides technical trainers and the equipment to be used for training. Instruction includes hands-on time with the equipment and testing of knowledge transfer before individuals are certified. Note: Technicians in training work alongside Contractor’s technicians in the field before they visit a customer’s site alone.
