Dissemination tools. For the promotional materials of the SMAHPC project numerous advertising materials have been produced and printed. The project’s website and Facebook group are used for contact between consortium partners and other interested parties in the project activities. KH, supported by other partners, will distribute the task to all project partners with appropriate material and on schedule, and will collaborate closely with them to optimize project exposure. Dissemination tools. For DOREMI project purposes we are in the on-going process of development of relevant dissemination tools, some of them are already in place and accessible for the stakeholders and the public. In particular, the project team will provide the following tools:  a website with basic information on the project as described in Paragraph 5.3.  a forum and social networking page on relevant social network (e.g. Facebook) as described in Paragraph 5.3.  a twitter hashtag, with related analytics and archiving as already described in Paragraph 5.3.  a collaborative bookmarking group to enable the distributed tagging of relevant initiatives (e.g. Xxxxx.xxx).  a commentable document service to comment the key documents (such as xx-xxxx.xxx), to be used for all key deliverables.  a podcasting channel with recommended podcasts on social innovation (e.g. Xxxxxxxxxx.xxx)  a tagosphere section that will aggregate all web content tagged with the relevant tags on different web platforms such as Youtube, Flickr, Slideshare etc.
Dissemination tools. There exists a vast array of communication techniques that BIOPOOL can use to get the message across. Successful campaigns develop a strong unifying device that links all the elements together so that each element reinforces the message and enhances the overall impact. The dissemination and communication elements that will be used are detailed below but this list is not exclusive as opportunities often present themselves as time goes by. Each action targets one or several of the audience groups defined above. Find below a list of the elements presented in the following sections: • Logo • Project website. The website is essential to reach the public, but also for the GRID + partners who can use it as a working and internal communication tool • Templates and referent documents. These will ensure the coherence of all documents and presentations. These will be used by the BIOPOOL partners both for internal and external communication issues • Dissemination materials. Leaflets and poster will be used to reach general public as well as BIOPOOL stakeholders. They are useful as they can enhance the impact of the events as attendants can take them • Events. This category involves different kind of events targeting BIOPOOL community and projects and/or general public. Webinars are included in this category.
Dissemination tools. A basic version of the IDEA’s website will be published by the end of May. The website will include general information about the mission of IDEA, a blog with latest news, a section collecting upcoming events of interest, contacts. Further sections to be added shortly are:  Service overview  A gallery of images, representing the richness of EAGLE’s heritage  A section for new members to apply A promotional flyer will be also designed.

The logo and its design elements will help to “brand” EURFORUM and identify its “products”. 4.1.2. Promotional leaflet: A leaflet indicating the aim of the project will be produced, both in printed and electronic versions. The leaflet will give a first glance of the project, guiding the reader on where to find further information (e.g. addressing him to the website).

All public events, activities, curricular materials, press releases, requests for proposals, bid solicitations, and other documents produced with OSHE funds provided pursuant to this agreement must state clearly that the project partnership is administered by OSHE and that OSHE is a partner in the project partnership.   • Information Sources The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Investments or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians and from other commercially reasonable sources such as commercial data bases and the like, but shall not be responsible for specific inaccuracies in such information, provided that the Custodian has relied upon such information in good faith, or for the failure of any commercially reasonable information provider.
