DISTRIBUTION OF AGREEMENTS. (1) Each contracting party and each office processing the request for approval shall retain an executed and approved agreement with original signatures.
(2) The office requesting approval shall forward a copy of each license, which provides for the payment of a running royalty, to each interested HCA. Receipt of a copy of the license shall constitute notice that further procurement of the licensed subject matter requires the payment of royalties to the licensor. When necessary, the HCA shall notify the contracting offices affected.
DISTRIBUTION OF AGREEMENTS. The Board agrees to distribute a copy of the ratified bargaining Agreement to each employee covered by the Agreement.
DISTRIBUTION OF AGREEMENTS. Distribution of the Bargaining Unit Agreement to new and current Bargaining Unit Members shall be the sole responsibility of the bargaining unit, at no expense to the Employer. The City will agree, however, to provide one (1) copy to the Union Xxxxxxx at no cost to the Union.
DISTRIBUTION OF AGREEMENTS. Upon ratification of this Agreement by both parties, the Board shall cause sufficient copies to be made for distribution to each person who is a member of the bargaining unit for the duration of this Agreement. The cost of making such copies shall be borne by the Board.
DISTRIBUTION OF AGREEMENTS. The Parties shall negotiate in good faith and prior to the Closing Date the terms and conditions of the continuation of the distribution agreements between Ducros Distribution Benelux, the Affiliates of the Seller and the companies Xxxxxxx and Carapelli Firenze SpA, it being understood that if no agreement is reached, these agreements will be terminated without notice at Closing Date pursuant to their article 2.
DISTRIBUTION OF AGREEMENTS. 4.1 The Company agrees to have sufficient copies of these Agreements printed to provide a copy for each present and future employee in the bargaining unit and to distribute a copy to each such employee. Additional copies will be printed for the Union.
4.2 The Company and the Union will jointly bear the cost of having the Agreements printed.
DISTRIBUTION OF AGREEMENTS. 21:01 The responsibility for printing this agreement shall rest with the Company
21:02 The Company will endeavor to have the Agreement drawn up and ready for signing as soon as possible following completion of negotiations.
DISTRIBUTION OF AGREEMENTS. A. Within a reasonable time following the ratification and signing of this Agreement by the parties, both chief negotiators will proofread and prepare a final draft copy for printing. Quality and quantity will be mutually agreed to by the chief bargainers. At least fifteen (15) additional copies shall be provided to each the District and the Association.
B. The cost of printing shall be shared equally between the Board and the Association. The Association shall distribute copies to each member of the bargaining unit.
C. All certificated individuals making employment application to the District for bargaining unit positions shall be provided for their examination a copy of the Agreement by the District upon request.
D. There shall be two (2) signed copies of the final Agreement for the purpose of records. One
(1) shall be retained by the District and one (1) by the Association. The Association shall be responsible for printing the Agreement.
DISTRIBUTION OF AGREEMENTS. Upon request from the Union, the Company will distribute to each CCM in the crew room a paper and electronic copy of this Agreement once this Agreement is reached and effective between the Company and the Union. New hire CCMs will be provided a paper copy of the Agreement during training. Additionally, an electronic copy of the Agreement will be made available to the CCMs.
DISTRIBUTION OF AGREEMENTS. Distribution of the Bargaining Unit Agreement to new and current bargaining unit members shall be the sole responsibility of the bargaining unit at no expense to the Employer. The City will agree, however, to provide one (1) paper copy and a digital copy via email (digital copy must be a commonly used format such as Microsoft Word or PDF) to the Union President at no cost.
