Current Bargaining Unit Members. 958 Seniority = hire date into the District 959 The selection criteria shall be training, skills, and previous 960 experience. Section 26.2 New (Probationary) Bargaining Unit Members. A newly hired full-time employee and employees transferring into the bargaining unit may be placed at a wage rate to be determined at the sole discretion of the Employer but not below the entry rate or more than ten percent (10%) above entry rate.
