DISTRICT INSPECTION PROGRAM. The District may conduct inservice programs for employees during the normal employee workday and within the contract period (Article 11) provided in this Agreement. This arrangement may be made on the basis of released time from regular duties or other mutually acceptable terms. Employees who participate in a District-required inservice course which is a part of a District goal or program and which entails at least ten (10) hours of seat time exclusive of monthly inservice time will receive one (1) District credit for horizontal movement on the salary scale or ten (10) hours of PDU credits. District shall provide inservice participation forms. The District will post an annual inservice calendar no later than September 15.
