Documentation of Planning Process Sample Clauses

Documentation of Planning Process. An important element of the HMP is the documentation of how the plan was prepared, who was involved, and how the public was included in the process. Therefore, ASTI will document the planning process through final County adoption. Several plans have been rejected by FEMA because of insufficient documentation of participation, or because of inadequate representation by stakeholders. As described in Task 4, interviews with each of the original 35 local units of government, two public meetings, three workshops utilizing an Advisory Committee, and two surveys are included in the plan preparation process to insure stakeholder participation. ASTI will provide documentation for public participation, plan development, and plan review to incorporate into the final plan. At a minimum, this will include: • Minutes for all client and public meetings • Attendance lists for all meetings • Copies of all public communication tools, phone logs • Documentation of all assessment procedures and outcomes
