DOCUMENTATION OF TIME WORKED. A time recording system will be implemented to document all time worked. Pay adjustments will be made on a bi-weekly basis to reflect actual time worked. A labor- management committee will be formed to work toward implementation of a system of recording time for all classified personnel.

DOCUMENTATION OF TIME WORKED. (a) The Customer agrees to review, approve and sign, by signature or electronic means, documentation of time worked by the Assigned Employees. The Customer also will designate one or more representatives to approve the record on its behalf. If the Customer representative is unavailable, the Xxxxx representative responsible for the Customer assignment (or other Xxxxx representative authorized by Customer) may approve the record on Customer’s behalf or it may be approved in accordance with (b) below. Customer will use reasonable efforts to assist Xxxxx in the retrieval of missing or unsubmitted substitute teacher time sheets.

  • Records and Documentation The Sub-Recipient agrees to make available to AAAPP staff and/or any party designated by the AAAPP any and all contract related records and documentation.
