Recording Time. Hours of work must be recorded. This is done by the use of time-recording equipment or a manually kept record.

(i) under the sign : driving time;

(iii) under the sign other periods of availability, namely: - waiting time, i.e. the period during which drivers need remain at their posts only for the purpose of answering any calls to start or resume driving or to carry out other work, - time spent beside the driver while the vehicle is in motion, - time spent on a bunk while the vehicle is in motion;
(iv) under the sign :breaks in work and daily rest periods. Each Contracting Party may permit all the periods referred to in subparagraphs (ii) and (iii) above to be recorded under the sign on the record sheets used on vehicles registered in its territory.
(b) It must be possible, from the characteristics of the traces, their relative positions and if necessary the signs laid down in paragraph 4 (a) to distinguish clearly between the various periods of time. The various periods of time should be differentiated from one another on the record by differences in the thickness of the relevant traces, or by any other system of at least equal effectiveness from the point of view of legibility and ease of interpretation of the record.
(c) In the case of vehicles with a crew consisting of more than one driver, the recordings provided for in paragraph 4 (a) must be made on two separate sheets, each sheet being allocated to one driver. In this case, the forward movement of the separate sheets must be effected either by a single mechanism or by separate synchronized mechanisms.
Recording Time. All employees are required to punch or record their own time at the beginning and at the end of each work shift and fill out any necessary work sheets. Employees reporting late for work shall be docked for only the time missed rounded to the nearest fifteen- (15) minutes, unless a disciplinary suspension has been imposed.
Recording Time. Start Time: All employees must swipe the Authority’s time clock at designated starting times. Maintenance personnel must swipe time clock on lunch breaks. Turn In: All employees shall be required to swipe the Authority’s time clock at the conclusion of each day’s work.
a. Operators are required to make tabulations either of passengers, mileage, or both. Maintenance personnel are required to fill out work orders or any other paperwork as direct- ed by Maintenance Department as presently required.
b. Failure to provide the Authority with necessary paperwork and reports may result in discipline. The office shall notify the member if time changes are made on the members’ time sheet.
Recording Time. All employees will record their actual time by means afforded by the employer which will be approved by their supervisor or Department Director. The recorded time is official documentation of hours actually worked. If time is taken off during the workweek, the employee must record how time-off will be compensated (vacation, sick leave, comp time, medical leave, or holiday, etc.). Employees are not expected or required to disclose the nature of medical appointments or use for the time off. If time is not recorded, it will not be regarded as worked or entitled to pay.

Recording Time. The employees covered by this agreement shall be required to register their time on time sheets when starting and ending shifts. The Hospital requires that the employees initial their time sheets after each shift. The time sheets should be left with the Head of Department at all times. Control of time sheets is The supervisor will verify and ensure completion of time sheets for those employees absent due to illness, vacation, regularly scheduled days off and Union Leave. Due to the type of work carried on in the Hospital, it is necessary that evening and night be maintained. The Hospital reserves the right to request employees to carry out shift work in accordance with the needs of the various Hospital departments. The Hospital will notify the Union of the establishment of new evening or night shifts.
