Common use of DOWN TIME OF COMPUTER Clause in Contracts

DOWN TIME OF COMPUTER. In the event there is an NYCDOT computer equipment failure resulting in loss of the services of the system, work orders shall be picked-up daily by the Contractor at the Traffic Operations HQ located at 00-00 Xxxxxx Xxxx, XXX, XX, 00000, and hard copies of all repairs must be delivered to the EIU within five (5) Days of the repairs. The Contractor must maintain its own records to retain control of its operation, should there be a computer equipment failure. Should the failure be isolated to the Contractor’s site, the Contractor must send staff to 00-00 Xxxxxx Xxxx. with the repairs to be entered on a daily basis until service is restored to the Contractor’s site.
