Common use of Driving licence allowance Clause in Contracts

Driving licence allowance. (i) An employee who is appointed to a position in which the performance of his or her duties requires him or her to drive a bookmobile, and the possession of a heavy vehicle or similar endorsement to his or her motor vehicle driving licence, will be entitled to reimbursement of any costs he or she may incur in obtaining such endorsement including reasonable instruction fees.
