DRUGS AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. You and your guests must obey federal, state, and local laws and all University regulations on alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs. Undergraduate residence rooms, suites, apartments, and common areas carry additional restrictions. Consult your cooperative housing officer for more information.

DRUGS AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. You, as a single contract holder, or you and/or any member of your family/group and your guests must obey federal, state, local, and community regulations on alcoholic beverages and illegal drugs. University policies on alcoholic beverages and other drugs are also applicable.
DRUGS AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Residents and their guests must adhere to federal and state regulations regarding drugs and alcohol. It is illegal in Ohio for alcoholic beverages to be made available by sale or otherwise to anyone under 21. The Institute policy on drugs and alcohol is also applicable. (Note: that policy places specific restrictions on alcohol in residence halls.) It is essential for students to know and observe the law and Institute policies.
DRUGS AND ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. Possession or use of drugs while on, or immediately prior to entering the Ranch, is forbidden. Possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages other than at the designated camp area is forbidden. If Permittee gives the reasonable appearance of being under the influence of drugs or alcoholic beverages, Permittee shall result in immediate ejectment from the Ranch, with no refund of fees, and permanent termination of all future hunting privileges, with no refund of pre- paid fees. No litter, trash, or debris shall be discarded on the Ranch. Rather, any litter, trash, and debris must be picked up and discarded off Ranch lands in containers and at areas designed for same. Campfires and/or overnight camping may be permitted only with a written permit issued by Tejon Ranch specifying the authorized date, place, and governing conditions.

A company shall provide on all construction jobs in towns and cities, and elsewhere where reasonably necessary and practicable (or if requested buy the employee), a suitable and secure waterproof lock-up solely for the purpose of storing employees’ tools, and on multi-storey and major projects the company shall provide, where possible, a suitable lock-up for employees’ tools within a reasonable distance of the work area of large groups of employees. 2. Where an employee is absent from work because of illness or accident and has advised the company in accordance with Clause 33 – Personal Leave of the award, the company shall ensure that the employee’s tools are securely stored during his/her absence.
