Duration of Obligation. The Parties agree that it is the responsibility of each third- party LEC or CMRS provider to enter into arrangements with other LECs or CMRS providers to deliver Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic where CBT does not act as the PTC for the originating LEC. Notification of effective third party agreements must be provided to CBT. The parties acknowledge that such agreements and actual measuring capability may not be currently in place. In the interim, therefore, if the terminating party is unable to determine the originator of the transit traffic, the terminating party may request that CBT provide billing information to permit billing the third party (i.e., the call originator). To the extent CBT incurs additional cost in providing billing data, CBT will provide an estimate of those costs. If the receiving party accepts the estimate and agrees to reimburse CBT, the billing data will be provided.
Duration of Obligation. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties in writing, the obligations of the Parties relating to Confidential Information set out in this Article 5 shall survive the expiration or termination of this Agreement for a period of ten (10) years.
Duration of Obligation. The obliga- tion to disclose a covered agreement to the public terminates 12 months after the end of the term of the agreement.
Duration of Obligation. The confidentiality obligation with respect to Confidential Information received by either party shall remain in effect until three (3) years from the termination or expiration of this Agreement, including any renewals or extensions thereof. The confidentiality obligation with respect to Confidential Information consisting of PII shall remain in effect in effect for a period of ten (10) years from the date of receipt of the PII. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement for any reason, Receiver shall immediately return to Discloser or destroy all Confidential Information in Receiver’s possession or control, as Discloser directs.
Duration of Obligation. While the Parties agree that it is the responsibility of each third-party LEC or CMRS provider to enter into arrangements to deliver Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic to Intermedia, they acknowledge that such arrangements are not currently in place and an interim arrangement is necessary to ensure traffic completion. Accordingly, until the earlier of (i) the date on which either Party has entered into an arrangement with such third-party LEC or CMRS provider to deliver Local Traffic and IntraLATA Toll Traffic to Intermedia and (ii) the termination of this Agreement, CBT will provide Intermedia with Transit Service.
Duration of Obligation. This Agreement shall continue to bind the parties in relation to the Confidential Information in accordance with the provisions herein. The Confidential Information received by the Company from SLT under this Agreement shall be treated as Confidential Information as detailed under this Agreement and shall continue in effect for a period of five (05) years from the date of termination/expiration of the Project. For the purpose of this Clause, the duration of the obligations undertaken by the Company shall mean and include, as applicable, the continuation of any relationship created herein, between the parties up to the conclusion of any support services which may be proposed by the Company and accepted by SLT.

The Confidential Information received by the Receiving Party from the Disclosing Party under this Agreement shall be treated as Confidential Information as detailed under this Agreement and shall continue in effect for a period of Ten (10) years from the date of disclosure. For the purpose of this Clause, the duration of the obligations undertaken by the Receiving Party shall mean and include, as applicable, the continuation of any relationship created herein, between the parties up to the conclusion of any support services which may be proposed by one party and accepted by the other party.
Duration of Obligation. Agency fee obligations, including, but not limited to, dues or agency fee deductions on behalf of a recognized employee organization, shall continue in effect as long as the Union is the recognized bargaining representative, notwithstanding the expiration of any agreement between the City and the Union.
Duration of Obligation. The contractor agrees that all of contractor's obligations and warranties, including all requirements imposed by the Minority Owned Business Addendum to these General Conditions, if any, which directly or indirectly are intended by their nature or by implication to survive contractor performance, do survive the completion of performance, termination for default, termination for convenience, or termination by mutual consent of the contract.
Duration of Obligation. (1) In the case of Federal financial assistance ex- tended in the form of real property or to provide real property or structures on the property, the assurance will ob- ligate the recipient or, in the case of a subsequent transfer, the transferee, for the period during which the real prop- erty or structures are used for the pur- pose for which Federal financial assist- ance is extended or for another purpose involving the provision of similar serv- ices or benefits.
