Earning of Annual Vacation. First Partial Year of Employment‌ In the first partial year of employment, i.e., if an employee does not work the first complete fiscal year, vacation entitlement at the rate of one and two-thirds (12/3) days of vacation per month worked shall be accumulated as earned to the employee's credit.
