Education/Training Allowance. SAMPLE ONE The Employer shall pay a study allowance of $ per week to assist with professional development including study materials and fees for continuing education. SAMPLE TWO The Employee shall be reimbursed for all continuing education courses required for him/her to comply with his/her professional licensing requirements. SAMPLE THREE After two years of employment, the Employee shall be eligible to participate in Employer’s tuition reimbursement plan, under the terms then obtaining.

Education/Training Allowance. A. The Employer may approve the reimbursement of an employee’s expenses incurred in obtaining additional education or training, provided such education or training is in a field of study related to the employee’s job or services performed by the Employer.

Related to Education/Training Allowance

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.
