EELs. 2.20.1 Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary AT&T OKLAHOMA agrees to make available to CLEC Enhanced Extended Links (EELs) and other forms of Unbundled Network Elements Combinations on the terms and conditions set forth in this Attachment. AT&T OKLAHOMA shall provide UNE combinations upon request, provided that the UNE combination is technically feasible and would not undermine the ability of other carriers to access UNEs or interconnect with AT&T OKLAHOMA’s network. AT&T OKLAHOMA shall not impose any additional conditions or limitations upon obtaining access to EELs or to any other UNE combinations, other than those set out in the FCC’s Triennial Review Order and Triennial Review Remand Order in this Attachment 6.

EELs. 10.2.1 Where facilities permit and where necessary to comply with an effective FCC and/or State Commission order, BellSouth shall offer access to loop and transport combinations, also known as the Enhanced Extended Link (“EEL”) as defined in Section 10.3 below. 10.2.2 Subject to Section 10.2.3 below, BellSouth will provide access to the EEL in the combinations set forth in 10.3 following. This offering is intended to provide connectivity from an end user’s location through that end user’s SWC to Al-Call ’s POP serving wire center. The circuit must be connected to Al-Call ’s switch for the purpose of provisioning munications services, including but not limited to telephone exchange services, to Al-Call ’s end-user customers. Except as provided for in paragraph 22 of the FCC’s Supplemental Order Clarification, released June 2, 2000, in CC Docket No. 96-98 (“June 2, 2000 Order”), the EEL will be connected to Al-Call ’s facilities in Al-Call ’s collocation space at the POP SWC. Al-Call may purchase BellSouth’s access facilities between Al-Call ’s POP and Al-Call ’s collocation space at the POP SWC. 10.2.3 BellSouth shall provide EEL combinations to Al-Call in the state of Georgia regardless of whether or not such EELs constitute Existing Combinations so long as such combinations are ordinarily combined in BellSouth’s network. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to Al-Call those EEL combinations described in Section 10.3 below only to the extent such combinations are Existing Combinations. 10.2.4 BellSouth will make available EEL combinations to Al-Call in density Zone 1, as defined in 47 C.F.R. 69.123 as of January 1, 1999, of the Miami, Orlando, Fort Lauderdale, Charlotte, New Orleans, Greensboro and Nashville MSAs, regardless of whether or not such EELs constitute Existing Combinations.

EELs. 5.3.1 Where facilities permit and where necessary to comply with an effective FCC and/or State Commission order, or as otherwise mutually agreed by the Parties, BellSouth shall offer access to loop and transport combinations, also known as the Enhanced Extended Link (“EEL”) as defined in Section 5.3.2 below. 5.3.2 Subject to Section 5.3.3 below, BellSouth will provide access to the EEL in the combinations set forth in Section 5.3.4 following. This offering is intended to provide connectivity from an end user’s location through that end user’s SWC to IDS’ POP serving wire center. The circuit must be connected to IDS’ switch for the purpose of provisioning telephone exchange service to IDS’ end-user customers. The EEL will be connected to IDS’ facilities in IDS’ collocation space at the POP SWC, or IDS may purchase BellSouth’s access facilities between IDS’ POP and IDS’ collocation space at the POP SWC. 5.3.3 BellSouth shall provide EEL combinations to IDS in Georgia regardless of whether or not such EELs are Currently Combined. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to IDS those EEL combinations described in Section 5.3.4 below only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined. Furthermore, BellSouth will make available EEL combinations to IDS in density Zone 1, as defined in 47 C.F.R. 69.123 as of January 1, 1999, in the Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL;
EELs. 8.3.1 Where facilities permit and where necessary to comply with an effective FCC and/or State Commission order, or as otherwise mutually agreed by the Parties, BellSouth shall offer access to loop and transport combinations, also known as the Enhanced Extended Link (“EEL”) as defined in Section 8.3.2 below. 8.3.2 Subject to Section 8.3.3 below, BellSouth will provide access to the EEL in the combinations set forth in Section 8.3.4 following. This offering is intended to provide connectivity from an end user’s location through that end user’s SWC to ITC^DeltaCom’s POP serving wire center. The channels on the circuit sufficient to meet the local usage options described in Section 8.3.5 below, must be connected to ITC^DeltaCom’s switch for the purpose of provisioning telephone exchange service to ITC^DeltaCom’s end-user customers. The EEL will be connected to ITC^DeltaCom’s facilities in ITC^DeltaCom’s collocation space at the POP SWC, or ITC^DeltaCom may purchase BellSouth’s access facilities between ITC^DeltaCom’s POP and ITC^DeltaCom’s collocation space at the POP SWC. 8.3.3 BellSouth shall provide EEL combinations to ITC^DeltaCom in Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, and South Carolina regardless of whether or not such EELs are Currently Combined. In all other states, BellSouth shall make available to ITC^DeltaCom those EEL combinations described in Section 8.3.4 below only to the extent such combinations are Currently Combined. Furthermore, BellSouth will make available EEL combinations to ITC^DeltaCom in density Zone 1, as defined in 47 C.F.R. 69.123 as of January 1, 1999, in the Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL;
EELs. 6.1 SBC agrees to make available to CLEC Enhanced Extended Links (“EELs”) on the terms and conditions set forth below. SBC shall not impose any additional conditions or limitations upon obtaining access to EELs or to any other UNE combinations other than those set out in this Agreement. Except as provided below in this Section 6.0 and subject to this Section 6.1, SBC shall provide access to Section 251 UNEs and combinations of Section 251 UNEs without regard to whether CLEC seeks access to the UNEs to establish a new circuit or to convert an existing circuit from a service to UNEs provided the rates, terms and conditions under which such Section 251 UNEs are to be provided are included within the CLEC’s underlying Agreement. 6.2 An EEL that consists of a combination of voice grade to DS-0 level UNE local loops combined with a UNE DS1 or DS3 Dedicated Transport (a “Low-Capacity EEL”) shall not be required to satisfy the Eligibility Criteria set out in this Sections 6.2 and 6.

Connect! may purchase BellSouth’s access facilities between Connect!’s POP and Connect!’s collocation space at the POP SWC. 10.2.3 BellSouth shall provide EEL combinations to Connect! in the state of Georgia regardless of whether or not such EELs constitute Existing Combinations so long as such combinations are ordinarily combined in BellSouth’s network. The EEL will be connected to Xxxxxxxx.xxx’s facilities in Xxxxxxxx.xxx’s collocation space at the POP SWC, or Xxxxxxxx.xxx may purchase BellSouth’s access facilities between Xxxxxxxx.xxx’s POP and Xxxxxxxx.xxx’s collocation space at the POP SWC. 4.2.3 BellSouth shall provide EEL combinations to Xxxxxxxx.xxx in Georgia regardless of whether or not such EELs are Currently Combined.
