Triennial Review. Each Xxxx, Budget Unit Head or designated supervisor shall complete a review of the existing job description for each position reporting to her to confirm the actual content and responsibility of the position at least once every three years as listed on the Review Schedule outlined in Schedule B (Western may request changes based on academic year and UWOSA will not unreasonably deny the request). This review shall be submitted to the incumbent employee who shall be given the opportunity to add her comments. The process for such review and timeline for completion will be subject to Article 44.04.

Triennial Review. 1) During the triennial reviews, DHCS shall review the status of the Quality Improvement Plan and the Contractor’s monitoring activities. a) This review shall include the counties service delivery system, beneficiary protections, access to services, authorization for services, compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements of the waiver, and a beneficiary records review. b) This triennial review shall provide DHCS with information as to whether the counties are complying with their responsibility to monitor their service delivery capacity. c) The counties shall receive a final report summarizing the findings of the triennial review and if out of compliance, the Contractor must submit a plan of correction (POC) within 60 days of receipt of the final report. DHCS shall follow-up with the POC to ensure compliance.
Triennial Review. A. During the years which commence on the third and/or sixth anniversaries of the effective date of the Franchise, and every third year thereafter If the Franchise is renewed or extended, the City may commence a review of the Grantee's performance under the Franchise. As part of this review, the City may consider: (1) whether the Grantee has complied with its obligations under the Franchise and applicable law; (2) whether customer service standards, technical standards, or bond or security fund requirements are adequate or excessive; and (3) other issues as may be raised by the Grantee, the City, or the public. B. The City may conduct at least one public hearing at a lawfully noticed City Council meeting to provide the Grantee and the public the opportunity to comment on the Grantee's performance and other issues considered as part of this review.
Triennial Review. The Committee shall undertake a review of the terms and conditions of this SERP and shall make recommendations to the Corporation for increases in the benefits payable under this SERP on the basis of factors including, but not limited to, changes in salary, continued service and long-term performance. The first review shall be completed by no later than three years from the Effective Date with subsequent reviews also being performed every three years.

  • Annual Reviews Within thirty (30) days after each annual anniversary of the Effective Date of this Agreement, the Company shall review Employee’s performance of his duties pursuant to this Agreement and advise Employee of the results of that review; provided, however, that Company may elect to conduct a partial-year performance review in order to synchronize Employee’s annual review date with that of the Company’s other executives. In connection with each such review, the Company shall evaluate whether any increase in Employee’s compensation under Section 2, below, is appropriate.

  • Periodic Reviews During January of each year during the term hereof, the Board of Directors of the Company shall review Executive's Annual Salary, bonus, stock options, and additional benefits then being provided to Executive. Following each such review, the Company may in its discretion increase the Annual Salary, bonus, stock options, and benefits; however, the Company shall not decrease such items during the period Executive serves as an employee of the Company.   • Legal Review Upon the Executive’s submission of appropriate itemized proof and verification of reasonable and customary legal fees incurred by the Executive in obtaining legal advice associated with the review, preparation, approval, and execution of this Agreement, the Company shall pay for up to $10,000.00 of such legal fees subject to receipt of appropriate proof and verification of such legal fees no later than sixty (60) days of receipt of an invoice for legal services from the Executive and/or his attorneys. To be eligible for reimbursement, the invoice must be submitted no later than ninety (90) days after the legal fees are incurred.

  • Periodic Review The General Counsel shall periodically review the Procurement Integrity Procedures with OSC personnel in order to ascertain potential areas of exposure to improper influence and to adopt desirable revisions for more effective avoidance of improper influences.

  • Judicial Review Any determination made by NYSERDA pursuant to this Exhibit that prevents the commencement of the time in which interest will be paid is subject to judicial review in a proceeding pursuant to Article 78 of the Civil Practice Law and Rules. Such proceedings shall only be commenced upon completion of the review procedure specified in Section 504.9 of this Exhibit or any other review procedure that may be specified in this Agreement or by other law, rule, or regulation.

  • Performance Reviews The Employee will be provided with a written performance appraisal at least once per year and said appraisal will be reviewed at which time all aspects of the assessment can be fully discussed.

  • External Review In the event of a final internal Adverse Benefit Determination, a Claimant may be entitled to an external review of the Claim. This request must be submitted in writing on an External Review Request form within 120 days of receipt of the Adverse Benefit Determination. The external reviewer will render a recommendation within 45 calendar days unless the request meets expedited criteria, in which case it will be resolved in no later than 72 hours. The external reviewer’s recommendation will be binding. The external reviewer will notify the Claimant of its decision in writing, and the Plan will take action as appropriate to comply with such recommendation.
