Download a copy of the application package, complete it offline, and then upload and submit the application via the Xxxxxx.xxx Web site. Electronic copies of the application may not be submitted as attachments to e-mail messages addressed to IHS employees or offices. Applicants that receive a waiver to submit paper application documents must follow the rules and timelines that are noted below. The applicant must seek assistance at least ten days prior to the application deadline.
