Elementary Classrooms. 1. All teachers assigned to elementary buildings shall be entitled to up to 24 hours paid at the Professional development rate of pay set forth in Section Paragraph “N” Rates of Pay, above, of the Negotiated Agreement during summer recess for purposes of classroom closing and/or classroom preparation. Teachers requesting this payment will provide documentation signed by the building principal, confirming the dates/times they opened/closed their classroom. Service provided under this section shall be voluntary except for new bargaining unit members hired for the ensuing school year and who are subject to the provisions of Article 3 Section B3.

Elementary Classrooms. If an elementary class exceeds the class size maximum, beginning on the official count date of each month, the principal, in consultation with the employee, will make a recommendation to the Superintendent from the options listed below.   • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend.

  • Classroom Observation Classroom observations shall be conducted at least once for all unit members who have not met the threshold for reappointment as defined in Section 10.02 of Article10. Effective fall 2006 classroom observations shall be conducted on DCE form E3. Classroom observations may be conducted for any unit member, at the discretion of the President of the College, or designee thereof, for stated written reasons. Results of said observation shall be communicated to the unit member in writing. The unit member shall be afforded the opportunity to discuss the classroom observation with the evaluator and to respond in writing.

  • Provisioning 2.4.1 BellSouth shall provision services during its regular working hours. To the extent OneTone requests provisioning of service to be performed outside BellSouth’s regular working hours, or the work so requested requires BellSouth’s technicians or project managers to work outside of regular working hours, overtime charges set forth in BellSouth’s intrastate Access Services Tariff, Section E13.2, shall apply. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if such work is performed outside of regular working hours by a BellSouth technician or project manager during his or her scheduled shift and BellSouth does not incur any overtime charges in performing the work on behalf of OneTone, BellSouth will not assess OneTone additional charges beyond the rates and charges specified in this Agreement.
