Eligibility for Jury Duty Pay Differential. To be eligible for the jury duty pay differential, the employee must furnish the Human Resources Department with a written statement from the appropriate public official listing amounts of pay received and the days on jury duty. Any teacher found abusing this privilege shall not be entitled to the pay differential.
