Eligibility for Receipt of Transfers of Sick Leave. Any bargaining unit member who is eligible to accumulate and use sick leave may receive transfers of sick leave credits, if the bargaining unit member has been found to meet the definition of catastrophically ill or injured. The recipient must apply, or sick leave transfer usage and such application shall include medical reports certifying the nature of the illness/injury. During any fiscal year (July 1 through June 30), a recipient shall not receive more than:

  • Leave Without Pay for Relocation of Spouse (a) At the request of an employee, leave without pay for a period of up to one (1) year shall be granted to an employee whose spouse is permanently relocated and up to five (5) years to an employee whose spouse is temporarily relocated.

  • Eligibility for Leave All regular full-time employees shall be eligible for paid leave. Further, all regular part-time employees shall receive paid leave on a ration of paid leave time accrued to the number of hours worked in the work week. All non-regular part-time, temporary, and seasonal employees will not be eligible to receive paid leave.
