Eligibility for Residency. Any enrolled student is eligible to live in University Housing under the provisions of this contract, provided that space is available as determined by the needs of University Housing. Non-students may also be housed under the provisions of this contract as needed and deemed appropriate by University Housing. All first-year students who are under the age of 21 at the time of enrollment who do not live with parent/guardian(s) [within a 50-mile radius of campus] are required to live in University Housing (on- campus) for the fall and spring semesters. For the purpose of this agreement, the policy noted above does not apply to transfer students. Transfer students are housed on a space available basis.

Eligibility for Residency. A person must be admitted as a full time, degree-seeking SUNY Xxxxxxxx undergraduate student to be eligible for College housing. The student must remain enrolled full-time throughout the term of this agreement unless an exemption has been approved by the Xxxx of Student Development Services. Additionally, a person must meet the following conditions:

When the Primary Licensee moves or is no longer eligible for residency (no longer qualified for a License Renewal), all other Licensees and Dependents must also vacate the apartment. OCCUPANCY LIMITS: Notwithstanding the above, University Housing generally allows no more than two (2) persons per bedroom are allowed to reside in any apartment. Exception may be made with prior approval. OCCUPANTS: The Employee and Family Housing Office must approve all individuals residing in University Housing. Eligibility for Residency. A person must be admitted as a full-time, degree-seeking Texas Woman's University student to be eligible for Housing. The student must remain enrolled full-time throughout the term of this contract. Student Residents living in Family Housing must be accompanied by their husband or wife, or must have at least one minor residing with them. Meeting and maintaining appropriate student, married or single parent student status are key factors in obtaining an assignment for the TWU campus apartments. The size of the apartment determines the number of occupants. Two-bedroom apartments will accommodate a maximum of four occupants (husband, wife and two children; single parent and two children). Three- bedroom apartments will accommodate a maximum of six occupants (husband, wife and four children; single parent and four children). Any legally married couple, as recognized in the State of Texas with or without child(ren), or a single parent who has legal custody of a child(xxx) is eligible. One of the couple or the single parent must be an enrolled, degree seeking TWU student to be eligible. A valid marriage license, birth certificate(s) and/or adoption paper(s) must be presented at the time of contract signing to verify eligibility.
Eligibility for Residency. A person must be admitted as a full-time, degree-seeking undergraduate, graduate, or law student enrolled in the University of the District of Columbia (including undergraduate or graduate programs of the Flagship; the Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx School of Law; and the University of the District of Columbia Community College) in order to be eligible for University Housing. The student must remain enrolled full- time throughout the term of this agreement.
