Eligibility to Use the Service. You may only create an account and use the Service if you are:
(a) 18 years of age and over;
(b) not an undischarged bankrupt;
(c) (if you are a company), not under any type of insolvency proceedings or administration;
(d) legally able to enter into a contractual agreement to purchase a Property in Australia;
(e) able to provide an Australian residential address or documentation with an overseas address proving you are an Australian resident;
(f) able to provide correct Verification of Identity information of the User to us when undertaking registration of an account; and/or
(g) able to meet any other requirements of Grays as determined and advised by us from time to time.
Eligibility to Use the Service. No one under the age of 18 is allowed to register with or use the Service without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you are under the age of 18, by registering for and using the Service, you warrant and represent that you have consent to do so from a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian of a minor who has registered for or used the Service without your consent, please contact xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxxxx.xxx. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, entity, or organization, then you represent and warrant that you are an authorized representative of that Organization, have the authority to bind that Organization to these Terms; and agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of that Organization.

When creating an Account (as defined in Section 3.1) and using the Service, you will be asked to provide certain personal information. By providing such personal information, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy and expressly consent to Company’s collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility to Use the Service. The Advice Service is free to use for current students studying at Birkbeck, University of London. If you have withdrawn from your studies, been terminated or graduated we can only offer you advice if you open a case (via our Case Contact form) within 3 months of the date that you ceased to be a Birkbeck University student. The following students are eligible to use the service: ▪ Full time, Part time and Distance Learning students ▪ Undergraduate Taught, Postgraduate Taught and Postgraduate Research students ▪ UK, EU and International students ▪ Students who have been terminated (within 3 months of last date of attendance) ▪ Students who need advice on taking their case to the OIA (this needs to be done within 12 months of receiving a Completion of Procedures letter)

2.2 You understand and bear the risks associated with using the Service, including but not limited to: The high price fluctuation of virtual assets and their derivatives may cause significant or total losses in a short time. Insufficient virtual assets deposited as margin may cause your position to be forced to close immediately, and you may lose all virtual assets deposited in the service; Technical exceptions may occur that may delay or prevent you from using the Service; Market anomalies may occur, which may cause losses on your virtual assets; To maintain the overall health of the market, the platform needs to add, remove or change policies from time to time. Such behavior may benefit or harm an individual customer like you.
2.3 You promise: You may not use the Service for any illegal purpose, including but not limited to illegal gambling, money laundering, fraud, extortion, data leakage, terrorist financing and any other violent activity or any business prohibited by law. You will not engage in, initiate or promote any form of market manipulation or other unlawful conduct, including but not limited to illegal gambling, money laundering, fraud, extortion, data leakage, terrorist financing and any other violent activity or business prohibited by law.

2. have the authority to bind that Organization to these Terms; and 3. agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of that Organization.

By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you agree to be bound by this Agreement. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless for all costs and fees (including without limitation interchange fees and mer- chant fees) arising out of your violation of this Section.
