Emergency Duty. When an employee is called to perform non-anticipated work and the work is not immediately prior to or an extension of his or her normal workday, such employee shall be compensated at one and one-half (1 1/2) times their regular rate of pay. Such compensation shall be for a minimum of three (3) hours in the event the employee works less than this amount of time. However, actual time worked will be considered for the computation of overtime.
