Employee Attendance at Staff Meetings. (a) Where an employee is directed by the Employer to attend a staff meeting during their regular working hours, the employee shall be compensated at their regular hourly rate for the time spent in such attendance. (b) An employee who is directed to attend a staff meeting is not entitled to claim overtime pay for such attendance, unless the time spent in the meeting results in the employee working more than eight (8) hours in a day, or more than forty
