Employee Attendance at Staff Meetings. (a) Where an employee is required by the Employer to attend a staff meeting during their regular working hours, the employee shall be compensated at their regular hourly rate for the time spent in such attendance. (b) An employee who is required to attend a staff meeting is not entitled to claim overtime pay for such attendance, unless the time spent in the meeting results in the employee working more than ten (10) hours in a day, or more than forty (40) hours in a week. (c) Where an employee is required by the Employer to attend a staff meeting during their regular days off, the employee shall be compensated at their regular hourly rate for the time spent in such meeting, for a minimum of two (2) hours pay.

(b) An employee who is required directed to attend a staff meeting is not entitled to claim overtime pay for such attendance, unless the time spent in the meeting results in the employee working more than ten eight (10) 8) hours in a day, or more than forty (40) hours in a week.
(c) Where an employee is required requested by the Employer Company to attend a staff meeting during their his/her regular days off, the employee shall be compensated at their his/her regular hourly rate for the time spent in such meeting, for a minimum of two (2) hours pay.
