Employee Benefits During Pregnancy Leave. A full-time employee’s benefits under the Ontario Health Insurance Program shall be continued during pregnancy leave of absence providing such employee arranges to reimburse the Employer for the employee’s share of the cost of such benefits. The Employer shall, during an employee’s pregnancy and/or parental leave continue to pay its portion of the benefits in which an employee on such leave was enrolled provided that the employee pays her share of such benefit premiums. This provision may be waived in writing, by the employee.
