Employee Duty Days. The school board shall, prior to April 15 of each year, establish the number of school days and employee duty days for the next school year, and the employee shall perform services on those days as determined by the school board, including those legal holidays on which the school board is authorized to conduct school, and pursuant to such authority has determined to conduct school. The calendar shall include no less than 173 and no more than 175 student contact days for both secondary and special education employees.
